Refund and Returns Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Tour Packages and Tickets: Refunds for tour packages and sightseeing tickets are available under the following conditions:
    • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking but more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or event.
    • Non-refundable Items: Certain special event tickets, promotional offers, and last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@travelerstores.com or call 0915860452 with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
  • Approval: Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Weather Conditions: Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to weather conditions unless the tour or event is officially canceled by the provider.
  • No-shows: No refunds are available for no-shows.

TravelerStores.com reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
