Each Supplier has its own cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly stated on the individual tour or activity page.
By booking through Traveler Stores, you agree to the refund terms outlined here and those of the Supplier providing your service.
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the activity may receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity or “no-shows” will not be eligible for a refund.
Some activities or tours may offer more flexible terms (e.g., free cancellation up to 24 hours before). Please check the cancellation policy listed on each booking page before confirming.
Certain tours, tickets, or activities may be marked non-refundable due to Supplier or partner restrictions.
By completing a non-refundable booking, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
A Supplier or Traveler Stores may cancel a booking due to:
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Safety concerns or operational issues
Insufficient participant numbers
Force majeure events (strikes, political unrest, etc.)
In such cases, you will receive:
A full refund, credit voucher, or alternative date, depending on your preference and the Supplier’s policy.
Traveler Stores will not be liable for additional expenses (e.g., airfare, accommodation) beyond the refund of the booking fee.
If you wish to change the date or details of your booking:
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance (or as stated in the Supplier’s policy).
Changes are subject to availability and approval by the Supplier.
In some cases, a small administrative or rescheduling fee may apply.
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days.
Any processing or transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable.

If you fail to appear at the meeting point or arrive late for your tour or activity without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Traveler Stores and its Suppliers are not liable for refunds or compensation in cases where cancellations result from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Pandemics or health emergencies
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Government restrictions or transport disruptions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive a refund you are entitled to, please contact us at info@traverstores.com before filing a chargeback with your bank.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
